I produce these works on the potter’s wheel in my studio in Richmond, Virginia. I work principally in terracotta and produce all of my own glazes from raw materials. I achieve these unique colors and glaze effects using low fire earthenware techniques, Each vessel is the product of multiple kiln firings.
