Policies:

Andrew Wilder ceramics are created using earthenware ceramic techniques.  These are decorative objects and not intended to hold food. use a glass liner if you intend to use any vessel to hold flowers, ect. 

Returns:

Items can be returned to us within 48 hours of receiving. Buyer must contact us within this period to state  intention to return any item.Buyer is responsible for repacking and all return shipping charges. 

Once we have inspected returned item and deem it to be in same condition in which it was shipped, a full refund will be granted using same payment initially used by buyer.

Exchanges:

contact us within 48 hours of receiving an item if you want to exchange for another item in our collection.  Return shipping charges will be at buyers expense.
